It is said to be ranked fifth in the world 50 best in 2019, the only Michelin three-star restaurant in Copenhagen, and a model student of modern French cuisine. Let's talk about Aamanns Etablissement, which the two of us preferred. Aamanns is well-known in the open sandwich industry in Copenhagen. It has 1921 (boutique open sandwiches for lunch and exquisite dishes for dinner), Etablissement (boutique open sandwiches) and Deli&takeaway (the cheapest price). It's a good idea to go to Deli&takeaway in the summer. You can order a few of your favorite takeaways and sit in the park to enjoy them slowly. In winter, it's better to sit in a small restaurant and eat honestly. It's windy and rainy outside, and it's unbearable.
You can choose a set meal or a la carte. The menu is very considerate and it is recommended that each person order 2 a la carte. It turns out that 2 a la carte/person is full and not wasteful.
- Marinated Hering: The herring I ate several times in Northern Europe impressed me very much. There was basically no fishy smell, but a pickled sweet and sour taste instead. The beetroot here is not too abrupt after being processed. Squeeze some silky and creamy French sour cream on it, and add some horseradish for seasoning. The taste also has the crispness of raw onions and the hard crunch of popcorn kernels. Oh my god, delicious!
- Pan Fried Plaice: The pan-fried flounder fillet itself is of good quality, accompanied by a strong taste of fried bread crumbs, and the hand-peeled shrimp meat is so sweet and tender. The first bite is because there is no heavy seasoning, and the mouth still has the fragrance of rye bread. The second bite bites into the pickled green tomato, the sourness is very comfortable.
- Roasted Pumpkin: This time I really ate a lot of kale, which is basically fried crispy. The roasted pumpkin still has a crispy texture, paired with mayonnaise, almonds and sweet and sour pickled onions. It is a refreshing and not heavy, and it tastes good even if it is all vegetarian.
- Pork Rib Sandwich: It is actually a burger, the pork ribs are tender and juicy, so delicious! The overall sweet and sour style, in addition to the pickled purple cabbage, the sweet, slightly sour and crispy taste of the apple slices really adds points. The fried pork skin is made into the shape of popcorn, which makes the whole burger more fragrant. The bread is burnt and fragrant, which is just right. 摆渡修行Actually, this is a restaurant that I want to recommend and complain about. The pizza here is really good. The sourdough crust is very good. The toppings are mostly produced by their own farms, and they are mainly organic. The price of a pizza is 12-20 euros, which is one size smaller than the average pizza, but considering that the prices in Colombia are already expensive, and all the ingredients are organic, the price is acceptable. But! What I want to complain about is the pizza expereice tasting set, 400dkk, which is almost 50+ euros per person. Although it is said to be 3 pizza flavors, in fact, the total amount is actually 2 people sharing a whole pizza, and it is also all vegetarian, which is also drunk. It is recommended that friends who go there to eat directly order the pizza they want to try. The tasting set here is a bit of a pit (the set does not include dessert).
There are so many snacks in the tasting set. We both felt that we were not here to eat pizza:
Meat platter: bresaola, Italian air-dried beef slices, was delicious, smoked ham, fat and meat had a good taste, spicy salami, Huzi said it was not spicy but very tender, and smoked ham speck was just average (Salami and Speck were not eaten by my classmate because he was afraid that the fat was too heavy).
Spinach with cheddar cheese tasted sour, pork liver with mustard was not fishy at all and very delicious, and the roasted cauliflower tasted a bit strange at first.
Cheese celery root was unexpectedly delicious, and I suddenly got a new way to roast celery root. I always thought that this stuff was either cooked into soup or mashed into a paste, but the whole piece here was super tender, and it was really delicious with cheese and meat sauce.
Stracciatella cheese with cucumber slices is also a snack with a stronger sour taste.
Mozzarella cheese tastes really good, made in our own farm, and tastes good.
Three pizzas:
Classic Margherita pizza. Although the Nordic basil leaves look big, the taste is very light.
Green asparagus with two-year-old Parmesan cheese, a seasonal one, but the taste is average.
Scamorza cheese with a lot of vegetables, the cheese is great, and the feeling of eating with vegetables is a little different.
Both of them think that the pizza styles in this tasting menu are too basic, and the toppings are not particularly outstanding. It is better to choose the pizza you like. It needs to be said that the pizza crust here is really praised. After eating it, you will not need to drink a lot of water that night. For more sensitive friends, you will not feel uncomfortable in your stomach when you wake up the next morning.

Morgane PNoma is a very good restaurant with innovative cuisine. It is definitely worth a try if one can afford the hefty price. This restaurant is more of an experience rather than a traditional meal.
Be aware that one has to take a taxi to go there as the restaurant is in the outskirt of CopenhagenCoffee Collective Jægersborggade

Not anything like the beautiful picture on La Gare's website. Dijon mustard was missing. We also had the Entrecote, which was cooked perfectly and in all ways fantastic. We've eaten at La Gare several times and the service has always been top notch. It was a little less than top notch this time...but to be fair, they were coping with with a large crowd that came in while we were dining.There are only a few restaurants in Malmö with French cuisine and we've tried most of them.
